These web-based case data of information systems aim to reduce case processing time, eliminate sources of graft, and ensure that the public and stakeholders has access to information.

 
The FNAR will serve as a repository of all decisions, resolutions, and orders promulgated by the Adjudication Committee and its Hearing Officers to institutionalize transparency and accountability in the exercise of it’s quasi-judicial function. Meanwhile, the Administrative Case System will serve as a tool to control and manage the complete registration of case data and information that will be generated to the FNAR.
 
In his opening message, BFAR national director Atty. Demosthenes Escoto expressed his gratitude to the BFAR FRIMC personnel and Adjudication Committee for their inhouse development prowess.
 
“With the launching of the FNR and Administrative Case System-Phase 1, I have nothing but praises and appreciation. I congratulate them for their commitment for making this happen. I hope you will also exhibit the same tenacity in developing the phase 2 of the system”, he said.
 
Atty. Annaliza A. Vitug, head of BFAR Adjudicative Committee Secretariat delivered the rationale.
During the afternoon session, a workshop on Administrative Case System was conducted to ensure that all previous administrative and adjudicative cases are properly encoded.
 
Members of the national and regional Adjudicative Committee Secretariat (Hearing Officers) attended the launch.
