The Department of Agriculture-Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (DA-BFAR) has retained its ISO 9001:2015 or the Quality Management Systems certification under the “Provision of Services for fisheries development, fisheries policy and law enforcement, fisheries policy formulation, and fisheries extension”.
The ISO certification given by Certification International is the international standard used to demonstrate the ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and regulatory requirements.
The Bureau looks forward to utilizing this certification in continuously improving its ability to provide excellent services to our fisheries stakeholders
