At least 18 Bantay Dagat officers in Madridejos, Cebu had completed the deputation training for fish wardens held in Kota Park, Madridejos , Cebu.

The activity, which ran from February 7 to 9, 2023, was organized jointly by Regional Fisheries Training and Fisherfolk Coordination Division (RFTFCD); and the Fisheries Management, Regulatory and Enforcement Division (FMRED).
