Inviting qualified individuals to apply for 22nd batch of Fisheries Observer Training Course of the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources – Marine Fisheries Development — Vessel Operations Center which will take place from May 22 to June 23, 2023. The training will be conducted at the BFAR MCS Station and Fishing Technology Laboratory in Navotas City. Food and accommodation will be provided for the entire duration of the training.

Requirements needed for the application:
a. Degree in Fisheries, Marine Biology, or any related field;
b. Not be over the age of 50;
c. Letter of Intent (addressed to: Mr. Napoleon Salvador J. Lamarca, Chief, MFD-VOC; Attn to: Mr. Marlo B. Demo-os, FOP National Coordinator)
d. Personal Data Sheet (PDS);
e. Transcript of Records and Diploma;
f. Medical Certificate (proving physically fit);
g. Fully vaccinated card/certification.
