c. Sustainable, science-based fisheries and aquatic resource management practices;
d. Compliance to international laws, policies, and standards, and enforcement of local laws and regulations;
e. Strengthened capacities in infrastructure, technologies, human resource, and information sharing; and
f. Resilience to environmental hazards.
