SUBJECT: Amending Section 21 of Fsh and Game Administration Order No. 2, re: Amount of license fees
1. Section 21 of Fish and Game Administrative Order No. 2 is hereby amended to read as follows:
"21. License fees on operation of boats. - The annual license ice for every vessel subject to taxation under paragraph 6 of this Order shall be P25.00 plus P1.00 for every ton or fraction thereof, based on the gross tonnage of the boat; Provided, however, That in no case shall the total fee be less than P30.00 nor more than P200.00. The fee shall be paid in advance to the Director of Science, Manila. Thereafter, the fee shall be due on the first working day of January but must be paid not later than March 31 of each year. For the renewal of the license, the annual license fee shall be paid on or before March 31, otherwise, an additional charge based on the ordinary fee of not less than 50 per cent shall be collected."
"Any licensee retiring from commercial fishing shall surrender his license within ten days from the date of his retirement."
2. This Administrative Order shall take effect on February 20, 1939.
