BFAR XI Continues its Ceremonial Turn Over of the Cash and Food Subsidy for Marginal Farmers
and Fisherfolk Program Davao Occidental and Davao del Norte

BFAR XI Regional Director Raul C. Millana led the ceremonial turnover of the vouchers of Cash and Food Subsidy for Marginal Farmers and Fisherfolk (CFSMFF) Program last January 20, 2021. Municipal Agriculturist Mr. Saturnino Parcasio Jr. received the vouchers in behalf of the local government unit (LGU) of Malita, in a short ceremony held at Malita, Davao Occidental. The LGU has over 600 beneficiaries listed in this program catered by schedule, taking into consideration health protocols.

The next day, January 21, 2021, Mr. Antolin Bongcawel Jr. represented BFAR XI Regional Director Raul C. Millana in the turn-over ceremony of the CFSMFF vouchers in Island Garden City of Samal (IGACOS). It was received by Mr. Jose Ersante Fuertes, Assistant City Administrator. IGACOS listed 42 beneficiaries under the same program. “Kani na programa nagpasabot nga wala gyud nakalimtan sa gobyerno ang mga panginahanglan sa mga tao”, Bongcawel said in addressing the beneficiaries.
