SUBJECT: Amendment to the Section 11 of the FAO 220: Operation of the Fish Health Laboratories and Collection of Fees and Charges therefor:

Pursuant to Section 67 of R.A. No. 8550, and in compliance to the requirement of EC Directive 96/23/EC on residue monitoring the fish health laboratories, shall provide laboratory services for the screening of the antibiotic residue as follows:

This order shall have legal force and effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette and/or in two (2) newspapers of general circulation and fifteen (15) days after its registration with the Office of the National Administrative Register.
