SUBJECT: Rules governing the landing of fish caught, and for other purposes.
SECTION 1. Section 1 (VI) of the Revised Fisheries Administrative Order No. 17-9, s. 1952 as amended by Fisheries Administrative Orders No. 17-10 and 17-11, is hereby amended as follows:
"VI. Gigantes Fish Landing, Gigantes Islands; Estancia, Iloilo; Odiongan, San Dionisio, Iloilo; Culasi, Ajuy, Iloilo; San Juan. Barotac, Viejo, Iloilo; Banate, Iloilo; Nalundan. Guimbal, Iloilo; Muelle Leoney, Iloilo City; Palapala, Iloilo City; Roxas City, Capiz, Capiz; Cadiz, Occidental Negros; Silay, Occidental Negros; Himamaylan, Occidental Negros; Mantangan, Saravia, Occidental Negros; and Banago, Bacolod City."
SEC. 2. Repealing Provision. - All administrative orders and regulations or parts thereof inconsistent with the provisions of this Order are hereby repealed.
SEC. 3. This Administrative Order shall take effect immediately on its approval.
