INVITATION TO BID

The Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources Region XI is inviting pre-qualified suppliers to bid for the service boat needed in Mariculture Park-Pantukan as follow:

	1 unit	Service Boat 3-5 tonnage w/ engine
		Requirement: MARINA Registered

Tender documents like bid forms and other related documents will be available for issuance to qualified suppliers at the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources upon submission of Letter of Intent. Pre-bidding and opening of bids shall be held at BFAR - XI Regional Office, R. Magsaysay Avenue, Davao City.

Deadline for Submission of Letter of Intent - May 27, 2009
Last Day of issuance of Tender Documents - June 8, 2009
Pre-bidding Conference and Opening of Bids - June 15, 2009 2:00 PM

The BFAR REgion XI reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof and accept the offer most advantageous to the government.
